My Beautiful Girl Mari

Nam-woo lives in a seaside village with his widowed mother, his grandmother and his cat, Yo. His grandmother is ailing, his cat constantly runs away, his mother spends most of her time with her new boyfriend, and his best friend is moving to Seoul. Overwhelmed by feelings of abandonment, Nam-woo escapes into a fantastic dream world where he meets the mysterious Mari. As two young boys discover the true meaning of friendship, they must also learn the difference between fantasy and reality.
