If Sentai Filmworks can do that, then they can Dub and Release To Love Ru, as well as other older titles that were sub only.

The video starts fine, until here is a vocal track.
It goes to a black screen on the first part the vocal track for the song starts, after that, each vocal track just completely pauses the video, then it starts back up again once there is no vocals.
All the while, there is absolutely no subs.
opening works, video works, audio works, TV-MA age check works. subtitles work, HD on/off is gone.
only thing seeming to not work now is the thumbnail no longer links to the episode, so nobody can watch it now that it works.
