I have attempted to view MANY shows and all have these issues:
If show is for GUEST only - Plays show with commercials/ads
If show is SUBSCRIPTION/ only - Displays Subtitled/Dubbed window with selections grayed out/not active - can not watch show
If show is for GUEST/Subtitled AND GUEST/Dubbed - Displays Subtitled/Dubbed window with selections grayed out/not active - can not watch show
If show is for SUBSCRIPTION/Subtitled AND SUBSCRIPTION/Dubbed - Displays Subtitled/Dubbed window with selections grayed out/not active - can not watch show
If show is for GUEST/Subtitled AND SUBSCRIPTION/Dubbed - The show plays the Guest version only WITH commercials/ads
IF you require a specific list I will be more than happy to provide, however, I sincerely attempted (as previously stated) MANY and ALL produced the same results. I hope that this helps.

When I click a video to watch, a window appears asking to select "Subbed" or "Dubbed" (even if show is Subbed only) and the selections are grayed out/not active. This seems to happen to the Subscription-level shows, while the shows available to everyone plays commercials/ads. I noticed that at the top/right corner, my subscription level is blank (for example: s-m-day ()). Please let me know if there is anything that is required to do.
