It looks like we've resolved the issues with subscriptions not working.
If you're in Canada and haven't been able to subscribe, please try again. We've sorted out an problem that was preventing our friends up north from being able to subscribe.
If you're in the US, you were probably being bitten by an issue with our date picker for setting your CC expiry date. Please try again as well.
If it works for you, please let us know. We just need to hear back from a couple of Canadian and American subscribers.
What do I need to do to get anime netwook to play on my kindel fire.
I can watch it on my laptop.
Let me check that out for you.
If the answer is positive for Kindle Fire, that will be good news for the B&N Nook, since they use versions of Android that still have the Flash player.
I'm still waiting for an answer to this question:
What do I need to do to get Anime Network Online to play on my Nexus 7 tablet? Android-4.1/4.2 (Jelly Bean) does not have the Flash player.

I don't have a date...but we're working on an HTML 5 solution for viewing. Read More...
I want to subscribe for 3 months but after 3 month they will charge me again but what if i decided not to continue on watching anime? how can i cancel so they wont charge on my credit card again? sorry my english is really bad pls help.!!
Sign up for a subscription. Wait until you see your credit card has been charged. Then go to www.theanimenetwork.com/Subscriptions and click "Cancel". We'll cancel your subscription and you'll be able to watch until your subscription expires.
TBDave wrote: I was able to successfully enter my payment info and complete the purchase. On the Current Subscription page it shows my Quarterly Subscription. So that works fine, but there are two problems.
My member status is still "Registered". I can't watch premium videos. I tried logging out and back in, but that didn't help.
The second problem is on my Payment Methods page. It shows my credit card expiration date as 2012-01-31. That's wrong. It should be 2012-06-30. I'm sure I entered it correctly on the credit card form.
Also, I was wondering about the free trial. I didn't see any mention of that on the order page. Will my card be charged right away?
Thanks for the help.
It didn't get your free trial...probably because of the kerfuffle with the initial subscriptions. I've moved the date to the 24th. When you check the page again your start date should show the 24th but you should still have premium access.
We had a display problem with the dates. The correct value was stored. It's fixed now.

I just tried again with Firefox. And the Payment Method form worked fine.
But after I hit Send and it said "Payment Info Updated" (or whatever), nothing else happened. Was these supposed to be another step after that? Nothing has changed on my account. There's nothing new on the Payment Methods page. And the Subscription Plans page doesn't list my payment methods.
Could you check and see if my credit card info have been submitted? By now I've entered it at least 3 times.
Yeah. It should have updated the screen and displayed your credit card. But we don't have anything in the system for you.
Will you try logging out and starting from scratch?
Razmoudah wrote: Well, I have no clue just where this should be posted so that the correct people find out about it so I'm just going to post it here. It's been nearly a month since the site last listed me as being a Premium Member, and not just a Registered Member. The payment for the subscription was taken out in December, just like it does every month, but I haven't been able to finish the November 11th update because of this problem. Since the only three shows I've been able to watch the past few weeks are on Hulu I'll be excessively blunt, if my Premium Membership status isn't restored by January 19th I am telling my bank to block all future payments to The Anime Network, and I will never be back.
I dropped the On Demand subscription because of my cable provider not being able to reliably update the On Demand exclusive shows, which would cause me to miss eps, and I'm not going to stick around here paying for a service that I'm not getting.
I sent another e-mail this morning to subscriptions@theanimenetwork.com, with the subject line "Subscription Info" (complete with quotes, since I don't know if you want them or not and unless you got excessively overboard about how exact a subject line had to be to not get sorted as trash it shouldn't have any problems) giving them the same deadline. If they're having problems finding the e-mail it was sent from razmoudah@yahoo.com (no, I'm not worried about the account being spammed to death, and I always check against the senders e-mail address on subject lines that sound even remotely spammish).
I have no clue how many other people are having problems, I don't troll the forums checking for that type of info, but this problem has gone on excessively long now. At this point I don't even care who I piss off or how severely, as the only shows that I'd be missing out on (that I know of, since I don't normally look to see what's starting until I get to that update, only if it gets the side panels do I pay any attention to it earlier) if I was banned I can just add to my Hulu queue and finish watching that way instead (well, aside from the Premium content that I can't watch at present anyhow, in which case it doesn't matter at present). Now that I've said my spiel, and pissed off as many people as possible, I'll leave for a while and see if anything gets accomplished.
I'm sorry we didn't reply sooner. I don't know where the emails went. I set your account back to premium.
Again, I'm sorry your account lost its Premium status.
