not going to say anything just yet but I have updates. Problem is I am missing 2 weeks of previous episodes, but hey I figured that would happen. The same thing happened last year.
Will post exactly how the list looks later. Read More...
I have done the same thing with AT&T. They told me that they need more reports about this issue then they could escalate the subject matter. I did get a refund for the month of January. So AT&T is willing to work with its viewers, thus I do think its something wrong from TAN side. Read More...
I have had no updates for two weeks now. I did not want to post every show since in fact none have updated. I have contacted AT&T about this and they stated there was nothing on their end for the update issue. So I guess when it comes down to it, when the updates do start the same thing as last year will happen. I will get the updates but I will lose the episodes that I should have had and that means I will be behind on episodes. I would like to thank Anime Network again for my up and coming headache. I have been a supporter for a very long time and I am now starting to wavier on my support of the company. I am now considering just cutting my ties. I do have hulu and at least I am not getting headaches with them. I will hopefully get a response or updates that will work here soon in my favor. After that I will consider my options. Read More...
I have AT&T on demand and for the last 2 weeks there has not been any updates for the on demand. There have been a quite a bit of new materials that are damn good to watch but no updates. I hope that if it finally updates I do not lose the episodes because they past the time allowed on the on demand. I hope this is taken care of and I hope that there will be a topic area for those of us that have on demand. I would subscribe to both the website and on demand if I could but you know how that is when you have a family, the misses will only allow me to chose one and since my kids have TVs and not computers in their room its on the TV only for now. Perhaps you could offer a discounted rate for both online and on demand in the future. Thank you for listening and reading this topic. Read More...
