Looks like April is starting a bit early this year. Those of you with birthdays in the second half of March? Sorry, but you'll have to leave.

Wow, there's a series coming to Anime Network that I've already seen on DVD, and I saw it a few years ago at that. I might re-watch Someday's Dreamers, it was a really good show, but it desperate needs a sequel series. The way it ended left it feeling more like the beginning of something much bigger.

It does have a sequel, Summer Skies. It's twelve episodes long and aired in 2008, but it hasn't been picked up yet.

I keep forgetting they licensed the new The Familiar of Zero anime. I wish they would grab the second season though. I really enjoyed the first season.

It's a maid with a chainsaw.

It's Chaisaw Maid!

What's not to like.

And the third, while they are at it.

At first, I interpreted what you said as the anime series "The Third". You scared me there.

The chainsaw maid made me think of Black Lagoon. Someday I should finish watching the dub of that; the second season of it was significantly better (though the 2nd season itself was worse).

What is the maid thing supposed to be?

I miss the blog tab. I clicked the small link to the blog but it didn't seem to answer my question.

It's not listed on FREE30 or SVOD45, but shows up for the Online Player.

I need to get that added to my list of anime's to buy then. The only reason why Someday's Dreamers isn't on that list is because of the way it just didn't end. I'm going to need to start a thread asking around about sequels to some of the others that I feel need a sequel to complete them.

Here's an idea, go to Anime News Network and peruse their encylopedia. That's what most of us use.

When you look up an anime, it tells you about sequels and prequels right there in the entry.
