So basically whenever the "Missing URL" thing occurs, I've noticed that it says I'm logged in as "(null)", and I can't log out. But, reinstalling the app and logging back in fixes it; It's a little annoying after a while, but you know, temporary fix (the bug pops back up after a while). Sorry if this has been posted already.

I have been having the same problem and even asked for help. Thanks for this cause now my app is usable again.

Exact same problem for me. I was told to wait till next week when the app issue will supposedly be repaired. I provided all information and proof for the iPad subscription but so far I have gotten very little help so far in email towards a resolution in a whole week of desperate communications and now I'm told I will be out half my monthly payment. Why can't I be authorized through the mobile site so I can at least use it in some fashion until the app is fixed? This is absurd. Why can't my same name and same email as here with itunes proof of subscription account be authorized? Do you expect me to overpay to both the app and the site to get anything working?

iPad 2
iOS 5.5.1
Unable to view content with the Anime Network App.
Says URL is no good for You're Under Arrest Fast and Furious (Second Season) Episode 25
Shows me logged in as 'null'
I am using WiFi

This form will not allow me to attach a .png of the screen cap. The message is: "Media Missing
The content URL for this episode is missing. Please check your internet connection and try again."

My WiFi and internet connection are fine. I am posting from it.

Using a mobile browser is not a solution. The app worked last time I used it.

This is most distressing. I just wanted to relax in bed and watch some legal Anime.
What can be done to resolve this issue?

This is beginning to fry me. I demand that we be compensated for the inaccessibility of the videos on the app, even in a credit to our account. The app does not provide a username, when you register for TAN through it, so I can't even get my money's worth by watching it on my normal browser. I love TAN, and I fully respect what they are doing, but they are still to be held responsible for this, especially since money is at stake. If they could even provide a way to retrieve our phantom user info from the mobile "app" (in quotes here, since it is not an app unless it works correctly), from the e-mail addresses with which we registered, I would be mollified, since I could at least watch anime on my PC.

For the record:
Using v. 2.1 of the app, which Ihave even tried reinstalling.
iOS 5.1.1
Used the app to register and even received billing statement which correlates to my bank statement
Get the same URL Missing message for subscriber-only videos
I can play non-subscriber videos without issue
Made this attempt on "Popotan", "modern Magic Made Simple", "To Love Ru", and "Hidamari Sketch", among others.
Almost at the end of a complete biiling cycle, the app failing all throughout

Thank you very much.

Don't you think a week since you last posted is a bit of a long time to resolve and issue that effects people who are paying and not leechers?

The mobile browser is not a solution. (1) You can you imaging trying to navigate this site on a smartphopne? (2) It appears that on my iPad at at least the episodes will not even load because the site depends on Flash to deliver content. There is no Flash on Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad. I get a blank page and no video. Viewing content on The Anime Network on an iPad or iPhone is not possible using a mobile browser.

Actually, the site is programmed to not send the Flash player to iOS devices. There's too much work for me to find out what type of video it sends (it's not compatible with the Nexus 7, or at least Firefox Mobile doesn't like the MIME type if it is compatible)
