I mentioned this problem several months ago, but no one ever addressed it. Today, I've finally figured out how to fix this issue on my own!

Although they're not required fields, if you leave the Currently Watching, Conventions I'm Attending this Year and Favorite Shows areas blank, your profile won't save. You also need text the About Me area (which IS a required field), though the software doesn't do anything if you leave it blank.

Is this the place to report that your logo is missing from the top left corner of your web pages?

I am not seeing it,although the link to go to the home page is there when I mouse over it.

If this is not the right place,then please tell me where to go to do this.

This is the correct place.

However, unless you're blocking Anime Network ads, I'm not quite sure what you're actually referring to.

As, it is there if you're not adblocking.

O.K. Thank you, I think I need to adjust Ad Blocker settings for this site.

I was referring to the stylized "A" in the white circle with Anime Network beneath it.

Is there a way to delete payment methods in my profile?
With "actions", I can only choose to update them (leaving all fields blank doesn't work to delete them either).

No, at the moment I am not longer subscribed, however before resubscribing, I'm trying to delete the credit card information listed in my profile, because I had to cancel that card.

When you resubscribe, just put in the new info, it will erase the old.

I noticed this bug when I became a member on two accounts that I have created. It's a strange problem not only because of the saving issue, but also because the right boarder splash picture appears in the middle of the screen (current example 8/9/12: No.6, starting this month on ANO & VOD). With this, you can't even see the fields on the account information page.

I will try your suggestion, and I hope it works. And, to whom it concerns, this bug has been present for a while now. Also, if it helps, I am running the most current version of Windows Internet Explorer. I also notice a few other bugs on other pages, but I figured we could start with this one. It is an annoying bug, and if it could be fixed this would be much appreciated.

Update: Mystic's suggestion works! If you do not have anything to put into those fields in question, just type in (...) into the fields and hit save. Your changes will now be reflected when you save from now on. However, the screen is still off center.
