The right boarder splash picture appears in the middle of the screen (current example 8/9/12: No.6, starting this month on ANO & VOD). With this, you can't even see the fields on the account information page.

Is this what you're talking about? (not the right pic, but something similar)

If so, it usually means that there's a large pic appearing on the page further down that's causing the spacing to be off. As soon as more posting causes the pic to drop off the page, the screen will return to normal.

You can still log in by clicking on the right side of the appropriate boxes.
However, other pages that are affected will just have to wait until the screen resets.

I have reported this and sent screenshots, but of course by the time Administration checks them, the page is fine.

I see your example... it does look similar to that. However, it is not on the Log-in page. The problem is in the Edit Profile Information page (example: Gender, Birthdate, About me, etc.). Since there is no posting other than adding information to the fields, I do not know how this would correct the page spacing issue. I guess the issue resides with "Editing Profile Info" rather than "Account Information". Sorry for not being more specific about the affected page.

There is also the saving issue that can only be resolved by adding info into the fields Mystic mentioned. However, if one does not know this trick and leaves the fields blank, the saving glitch would be very annoying. An example from my first hand experience was that I was trying to change my *AN Online subscription status. Every time I went to save the change, the details would revert back to the pre-edited details when the page would refresh.

Thank you for replying in, Slowhand. You are a great help like always. Let me know if there are any other questions that you have regarding this issue... Thank you again.

I've been having trouble with posting: when I click "Submit", I'm redirected to an unstyled, mostly content-less page (screenshot; the "Add File" button doesn't seem to work for me in Firefox =P ), and then to the forum index page.

This happens on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit edition, in Google Chrome 22.0.1229.2 dev-m (it also happened in a couple older versions of Chrome dev over the past week or so, but I don't have exact version numbers for them). It works fine in Firefox.

Ditto.
Update: Something has been fixed; this post with Chrome succeeded!
the "Add File" button doesn't seem to work for me in Firefox =P
I was under the impression that the Add File button is broken for all browsers. Will have to investigate further.

I didn't bother testing it in Chrome since posting didn't work anyways.

Posting in Chrome is still not working for me, BTW; I had to switch to Firefox to post this as well.

Google Chrome 22.0.1229.2 dev-m
I'm using "21.0.1180.75 m" and I spoke to soon.

It's not fixed, it's sporadic; Chrome worked once tonight and is now solidly failing.

Update (08/23) Working now.

Most of us don't use the 'Add File' button because it either doesn't work or when it does, it refuses to place the file where you want it.

Most things you can place in your post directly using img or url tags.

As for the rest of your post, I'll be sure to get that along to Admin.

I am unable to edit my profile properly. I fill out the appropriate info boxes accordingly and finish by clicking the save button located near the top left of the page. After doing so the page reloads with all the info boxes empty as if I had never filled them out. I'm new so is it me or does this happen occasionally? Btw I'm using Google Chrome.

Mystic posted this answer in another forum and it worked for me:

"Although they're not required fields, if you leave the Currently Watching, Conventions I'm Attending this Year and Favorite Shows areas blank, your profile won't save. You also need text the About Me area (which IS a required field), though the software doesn't do anything if you leave it blank."
